This was a small stacked cake. 5, 7, 9" tiers. A cascading staircase gracefully spirals down the side of the cake coverd in white, light blue and royal blue royal icing roses. Each layer is decorated with zigzag/ruffle swags and topped with royal blue rose buds.
This pink cake was the wow factor at the reception. It was frosted in light pink buttercream and decorated with a darker shade of pink buttercream. Large ruffle swags, wedding band circles and shell borders trim this cake with elegance. Tiers were 7, 10, 12, 16".
